First competitor voted off at the spanish reality “DSPP”. The rst and only (untill today) pastry competition reality at national spanish TV channel “CUATRO”. Where he was mentored by David Pallás under Paco Torreblanca’s direction.

Creator of “THE CAKETASTICS”, a project about super powered cakers where him takes the role of “Chococaketastic” as part of the crew saving the world from evil and doing live monumental cakes at Cake Fairs.

Specialist in 3D monumental, wedding & celebration cakes and chocolate sculpture. He de nes as “confectionary mercenary “ collaborating frequently with diverse pastry shops in the artistic direction of special projects.

Postgraduate in Pedagogic Attitude and Máster in Contemporary Art at the Vigo University. Graduate in Fine arts having done the nal degree project at Kingston University (London). Superior Technician in Sculpture by the School of Arts at Oviedo.

With his wide professional experience in teaching, design, illustration, artistic direction and pastry, as Cake Artist he’s completely commited to improve the sweet world from his artistic background. Creating #cakeinnovation by researching and teaching his advances at worshops, demos & tutorials to share it with the whole world.

    • Prepare and mount the edible structure in tempered chocolate
    • Carve the sponge
    • Prepare the ganache to cover and shape the bust.
    • Basics of Anatomy and Facial configurations
    • Finishing with airbrush and bronze for impeccable look and shine.
