After years of leading pastry operations in many international 5 star hotels in Europe and Asia, he moved to Gold Coast, Australia in 1992, opened his family business and produced thousands of wedding and novelty cakes. In April 2014, together with his son Serkan founded Yeners Way Online Cake Art Tutorials. where he publishes detailed videos of cake decorating tutorials that make it possible for almost anyone to replicate his amazing creations. Since then he has connected with thousands of subscribers worldwide and is delighted to impart his knowledge of accumulated tips and tricks with the next generations of cake decorators. He is also publishing regular tutorials on his YouTube channel, Yeners Cake Tips to his 190000 subscribers. Yener has been the finalist in “ Best online Teacher “ category at UK Cake Masters and won the title twice “ Best online Teacher of the Year “ at ACADA Oscars 2018 and Australian Cake Decorating Network. Occasionally he conducts workshops and demonstrations by interstate and overseas invitations.

In January 2015 Chef Nicholas was appointed Brand Ambassador for Renshaw, of the United Kingdom, purveyors of fondant and gumpaste since 1898. As their Brand Ambassador he will conduct product demonstrations and road shows throughout the United States. Chef Nicholas is a featured instructor on the Craftsy series of downloadable cake decorating classes. Currently eleven Nicholas Lodge classes are available on Craftsy.com. A computer engineering guy who fell in love with cakes and took cakes as a profession. Right after his Diploma, his short but blessed journey of 6 years has earned him many accolades including awe-inspiring creations that spanned 22*7 feet London bridge and garnered him a whole lot of media attention like NDTV, News 9 TV, etc; and most of the newspapers including Deccan Herald, Times of India, Indian Express and also been featured in many local and International magazines and blogs.
He has been awarded one of the Top Cake Artist in India by Cake Masters Magazine consequently for 2 years. Also been the finalist for Cake Masters AKA (cake oscars ) held in Birmingham, UK.

Initially self-taught, Silvia has since attended many specialized training courses to enhance her knowledge. This has given her the skills she needs to make her beautiful creations, always personalized in the unique style for which she has become world renowned. “Her cakes and characters tell stories in a truly original way”.

Winner of the Cake Masters Awards 2015 for Modeling Excellence, Silvia organizes individual and group training courses all over the world, participates in cake design events throughout Italy, and collaborates with ice-cream salons and patisseries as a consultant or lead designer in the decorative phase of production.

Chef Ruhee Bhimani may not have been born with a silver spoon but she seemed to have been raised with a spatula in her hand and an undying passion for culinary arts.
Her dreams of opening up her own chocolate and dessert retail store led her to accomplishing it early in her career in 2011, in Pune, India. Established under the brand name ‘Cocoa Cottage,’ for two years it rapidly gained popularity and embedded Chef Ruhee as a professional pastry chef from there on.
She has been teaching everything to do with baking in professional hands-on workshops for bakers and home entrepreneurs, which are held at her personal culinary studio, in Andheri West, Mumbai.
Recently Chef Ruhee has ventured into Professional Training Consultancy where she curates Eggfree Menus for Brands, Cafes and structures Culinary studio set-up.

Laura has had the privilege of being published in several international magazines, including Italian Pasticceria Internazionale, American Cake Central, Indian Sugar Magazine and Chinese Café&Gateaux. Throughout her career she also has had the opportunity to participate in a large array of International exhibits and has received awards and recognitions for the quality of her work: from the first prize at the Cake Design Italian Festival held in Milan in 2013, to the special prize for aesthetic and third overall prize at the Italian Cup of Cake Design in 2014, followed by a gold medal at the English Cake International Show Competition later on in Birmingham, to the recent award as Rising Star 2017 received by popular and judge committee vote at the New York Golden Tiers Awards organized by American Cake Decorating magazine and the New York Cake Show. She also won two times in a row the title of Best Italian Painting Artist in 2015 and 2016.
Her technical predilection goes to royal icing and fondant painting, while her artistic research where possible reconnects constantly with history of art, although her main interest at present is all about experimenting the potential of her pictorial biscuit imprimé technique for naked cakes with a twist that look like painted.[/ultimate_modal]
Her background is not baking or pastries; instead, she has a dual Fine Arts degree.
With no prior formal training in the kitchen, she began to blend her passion for art and her love for sweets by creating tiny edible works of art. Then was encouraged by others to turn her passion into a {sweet} business … and the rest is SusyPops history!
Susy decided to put down all her art tools and pick up new ones. Now, she can proudly say that with a little bit of cake, chocolate, and candies she can create sweet and irresistible {Pop} Art You Can Eat! … and she can’t wait to share her love for cake pops in her classes.
She was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, but lives in Boca Raton, Florida ~ USA since 1997.
