Arati Mirji
Arati Mirji an ambitious and a self –taught cake artist hails from Bengaluru with a passion for Cake decorating. She comes from a family of artists and it is perhaps this, that has helped her excel in what she does. She stumbled into Cake Art about two years ago, quite by accident when she attended a sugar flower making class followed by her City & Guilds diploma in Baking.
Her venture Sweet Symphony is a result of this passion and she specializes in stunning, delicate and suave cakes; adorned by life-like flowers that are difficult to put a knife through.
Arati’s forte lies in making sugar flowers that are as close to natural flowers as possible. She uses online videos and texts for guidance to upgrade her skills. She uses her flair for the fine arts to ensure the flowers turn out just the perfect colour and the shading is just right to give it that natural beauty that enthralls many admirers.

Ashwini Sarabhai an award winning Cake Artist, born and brought in Mumbai. An electronics engineer by qualification, Ashwini worked in the IT sector for a while. While in the USA, she attended cake baking and decorating classes from reputed institutes and experts in the industry.
Her Venture “The Dream Cakes” where she creates designer cakes, conduct workshops and Online Classes for Cake Decorating Art is a result of her passion.

Joonie Tan
Joonie Tan quit her mundane marketing job in Malaysia to nurture her love for baking and decoration by becoming a cake artist. Started in 2012, “180 Degree Celsius” is where she handles all her customsied cake orders, be it wedding or birthday cakes in Bangalore.
Joonie is also one of the faculty for Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts, specializing in cake decoration classes.
Having trained by the best of the best cake artists in the industry, like Margie Carter and Kelvin Chua, and her mentor, late Chef Kong Yik Hong, Joonie’s creation have been featured and published in many major local and international publications like Harpers Bazaar India, Vogue India, Elle India, DIY Wedding Magazine US, CakesDecors and many more.

Prachi Dhabaldeb ,is the owner of Cake Decor India based in Pune. She has been trained under artists like Eddie Spence MBE, Kelvin Chua, Shahril Shamsuddin, Christina Valeri, Nana Cakes(Korea).
She won the Home baker of the year title in 2014, held alongside Bakery Business trade show in Mumbai. Winner of Best Xmas Cake in Dec 2015 organised by Pretty Witty cakes UK.

I am Anna Mathew Vadayatt from the green green shores of Kerala, India.
